A showroom visit allows you to judge the scale, proportions, door style, flame view and finishes in person. It also gives you the opportunity to see how the stove works with the hearth, chamber and beam or fireplace surround, rather than trying to choose each element separately from a screen.
For installation work, the next step is a professional home survey. We assess the room, existing chimney or potential flue route, ventilation, hearth and surrounding materials, taking into account how you intend to use the appliance. This helps us narrow down the options for the stoves and fireplace options that are suitable for both your property and your desires.
Your quotation then brings the appliance and associated installation work together, giving you a clear picture of what is proposed. Where anything depends on further investigation, opening or confirmation on site, this will be identified before the installation is booked.
