Fitted dead centre, and it made all the difference
From the moment we walked in we were met with the owner who was very welcoming and so knowledgeable. The fitters are absolutely brilliant, on time, extremely respectful of our home and they couldn't have done more to keep it clean and tidy while they worked. Our old fireplace was about an inch off centre (we never noticed) however they ensured the log burner was fitted dead centre and it really has made the difference. Attention to detail was perfect. We really cannot recommend them enough.

Rolls Royce service, and no dust
From start to finish it was perfection. Craig and Stew in the shop were very experienced and knowledgeable, which gave us the confidence to use them. Dean, James and Darren in the fitting team were so good, polite, friendly and helpful. We had been told by other companies to expect a real mess with dust everywhere. That was not the case as they use so much extraction equipment that the dust all goes outside. Fitting was done by 4pm the same day.
