Do you charge for a home survey?
No. The home survey and your written quote are completely free, with no obligation. We come out, measure up, talk through the options and give you one clear price.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to reply the same day, or the next working day at the latest. If it is urgent, the quickest way is always to call the team on 01543 480444.
Do I have to book a survey, or can we talk first?
You are welcome to talk first. Call or email the showroom and we will answer questions and talk through your ideas before anything is booked.
Do you cover my area?
We cover homes across Staffordshire, the West Midlands and Derbyshire, including Lichfield, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Cannock, Walsall, Aldridge, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Burton upon Trent, Stafford and Derby. If you are close to any of those, get in touch and we will let you know.
Are you HETAS registered?
Yes. Every installation is carried out by a HETAS-registered installer and notified to building control, so you get a certificate for your records and your insurance.
